qFLIX ends with “Out to Kill.” an award to director Rob Williams, and an after-party at Liberte at Sofitel Hotel, one of the festival’s official sponsors.
You might end up calling it a “killer” evening. Don’t worry though; the hotel employes have enough maids to get rid of those pesky red stains.
Come “dressed to kill” for the closing night party of qFLIX Philadelphia 2014, held at the ultra luxurious Sofitel (120 South 17th Street) and indulge yourself (isn’t that what most killers do?) at the Liberte Lounge! They will be serving complimentary French cuisine that is to die for. With a cash bar at the hotel’s Happy Hour prices in effect during the event. The party begins at 9:00 p.m. and will be killed off by 12:30 am, with no admission charge.
Fans of Rob Williams, the esteemed director of murder mystery “Out to Kill,” will be happy to know that he’s the guest of honor. If so, please note that the film’ stars will be co-mingling with fellow guests, writers, directors and actors on the same day Williams receives the prestigious “Artistic Achievement Award in Directing” for his contributions to LGBTQ cinema. There’s more: Sofitel will also be featuring trendy house music and enough cocktails to kill you (we say that tongue in cheek), even a surprise “festival” cocktail to add to their already to “die for” specialty cocktail menu..
qFLIX Philadelphia 2014 looks to celebrate closing night with the biggest bang of all! Please join us, it doesn’t necessarily mean the death of
you. Or will it?
